- Exhibition Venue – depending on the event schedule.
- All spaces allocated to Exhibitors are equal.
- Fees for the exhibition stand vary depending on the range of products displayed.
- The fee for 1 linear meter (running meter) of a stand with a width of 80 to 90 cm (allocated randomly) is:
- INTERSTONE Fair (Łódź) - 280.00 PLN gross – exclusively raw, unrefined minerals, rocks, and fossils.
- INTERSTONE Fair (Łódź) - 400.00 PLN gross – jewelry, goldsmith products, handicrafts, and others.

necessarily giving the name and surname of the exhibitor as well as the place and type of the exchange.
The price of the table remains unchanged regardless of the number of exhibition days. -
Applications can be submitted via e-mail or through the website: www.raptor-mineraly.pl. The application form must be sent back no later than 30 days prior to the event, including confirmation of whether the stand reservation applies to tables provided by the Organizer or a free space for the Exhibitor's own construction.
In the "Notes" section, please provide company details and the Tax Identification Number (NIP) for individuals or entities requiring a VAT invoice. Exhibitors who apply after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list, with no guarantee of receiving the requested table size or location.
The condition for accepting the application and registration for the event is:
- Payment of an advance deposit equal to 50% of the total fee for the stand – making this payment is a mandatory requirement to be registered on the participant list.
- Settlement of the remaining balance (50%) no later than 30 days prior to the start date of the event.
- Reservation confirmation takes place after the advance deposit is credited to the Organizer's account. In the event of resignation, please formally cancel your participation as soon as possible. In case of cancellation 14 days prior to a given fair, the advance payment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT FAIR.
- Each exhibitor is obliged to arrange the exhibition aesthetically.
- Stands offering synthetic, dyed, glued specimens, cultured crystals must be clearly marked by the Exhibitor.
- Telephone applications are not the basis for participation in the event.
- Please send press materials about your stand. Brief description, photos.
- The organizer provides:
- Advertising the event in a given city and neighboring cities through advertisements on the Internet and in the press, as well as through posters, leaflets, advertising boards, banners.
- Electricity connection to each table. We would like to remind you to use LED lighting in accordance with applicable regulations and safety when lighting large-area places. Please provide the exact value of the current power you will need to illuminate your stand.
- 24-hour security of the exhibition facility during the event.
INTERSTONE Fair Schedule
- preparation of the exhibition: Friday 18:00-21:00, Saturday 7:00-9:30.
- Time for the public: Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 10:00-17:00.
- Dismantling of the display on Sunday must strictly take place after the closing hours of the fair. Please respect this point of the regulations so that visitors attending the trade fair in the later hours have the opportunity to see the full offer of the INTERSTONE fair. Exhibitors who, despite this prohibition, dismantle their stand on Sunday before the end of the fair without reporting this fact to the Organizer, will be moved to the waiting list for the next edition.
- Allocated spaces must be occupied on Saturday no later than 9:30. After this time, the Organizer will dispose of the unused space according to their own needs.
- During the fair, it is strictly forbidden to enlarge stands on one's own initiative. Any enlargement of a stand without the Organizer's consent will result in an additional cost for purchasing extra linear meters.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes on the exhibition area

According to art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to data processing, we inform that: The administrator of your data is RAPTOR Rafał Buczak, Gliwice, ul. Daszyńskiego 325. The scope of the processed data includes: company name, name and surname, company address, correspondence address, tax identification number, e-mail address and contact telephone number. Providing data is not a statutory requirement and is voluntary. Providing data is necessary to the extent necessary for the implementation of the participation agreement, organization and settlement of the RAPTOR and INTERSTONE Exchanges, and failure to provide them may result in refusal to conclude an agreement with you. Your data will be stored and processed to the extent and time necessary to perform the contract.
In the event of disputes or matters not covered by the regulations, the Exchange Organizer is the deciding party.
