1. Place of the Exchange – depending on the schedule of events.
  2. All places allocated to Exhibitors are equal.
  3. Opłaty za stoisko są różne, w zależności od wydarzenia i wystawianego asortymentu.
  4. Fee for 1 m. stands with a width of 0.90 m, depending on the exchange:
    • RAPTOR Exchanges – PLN 400.00 for 1 m with a width of 0.90 m (selected cities)
    • RAPTOR Exchanges – PLN 620.00 for 1 m 0.90 m wide (selected cities – details when booking a stand)
    • INTERSTONE Exchange – PLN 200.00 for 1 m with a width of 0.90 m only unprocessed minerals, rocks and fossils
    • INTERSTONE Exchange – PLN 350.00 per meter with a width of 0.90 m for jewellery, jewelery and handicrafts.

    necessarily giving the name and surname of the exhibitor as well as the place and type of the exchange.
    The price of the table remains unchanged regardless of the number of exhibition days.
  5. Applications can be made by e-mail and via the website www.raptor-mineraly.pl. The application form should be sent no later than 15 days before the event with confirmation that the stand reservation will be on the organizer's tables or free space for the exhibitor's own development. In the comments, please provide company details and tax identification number for persons for whom a VAT invoice will be issued. Exhibitors who register after the deadline will be admitted to the reserve list, without guarantee of the expected size of the table and place. The condition for accepting the application is:
    • Prepayment in the amount of 50% of the TOTAL up to 25 days before the event, and the remaining amount will be charged on the first day of the event.
    • Reservation of the place for the event takes place on the day of paying the 50% advance payment for the purchased space.
    • The reservation is confirmed after the advance payment is credited to the organizer's account. In case of resignation, please cancel your participation as soon as possible. In case of resignation 7 days before a given exchange, the prepayment WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED TO THE NEXT EXCHANGE. Exhibitors who do not cancel their participation and do not take part in the RAPTOR AND INTERSTONE exchanges lose the opportunity to exhibit their specimens and jewelery in the next editions of the exchanges.
  6. Each exhibitor is obliged to arrange the exhibition aesthetically.
  7. Stands offering synthetic, dyed, glued specimens, cultured crystals must be clearly marked by the Exhibitor.
  8. Telephone applications are not the basis for participation in the event.
  9. Please send press materials about your stand. Brief description, photos.
  10. The organizer provides:
    • Advertising the event in a given city and neighboring cities through advertisements on the Internet and in the press, as well as through posters, leaflets, advertising boards, banners.
    • Electricity connection to each table. We would like to remind you to use LED lighting in accordance with applicable regulations and safety when lighting large-area places. Please provide the exact value of the current power you will need to illuminate your stand.
    • 24-hour security of the exhibition facility during the event.

    Program of the RAPTOR and INTERSTONE exchanges

    Giełdy RAPTOR:

    • preparation of the exhibition: Saturday 7:00-9.30.
    • Time for the public: Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 10:00-16:00.

    INTERSTONE exchanges:

    • preparation of the exhibition: Friday 18:00-21:00, Saturday 7:00-9:30.
    • Time for the public: Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday 10:00-17:00.
  11. Disassembly of the exhibition on Sunday absolutely after the stock exchange hour. Please comply with this point of the regulations, so that people visiting the fair after hours have a chance to see the full offer of the RAPTOR and INTERSTONE exchanges. Exhibitors who, despite this prohibition, dismantle their stand on Sunday before the end of the fairs, without notifying the organizer of this fact, will be moved to the reserve list in the next edition.
  12. Assigned seats must be taken on Saturday by 9.30 at the latest. After this time, the Organizer will dispose of the unused space according to its own needs.
  13. During the fair, it is forbidden to enlarge the stands on one's own, any enlargement of the stand without the organizer's consent will be associated with an additional cost of buying running meters.
  14. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes on the exhibition area
  15. GDPR - personal data:

    According to art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to data processing, we inform that: The administrator of your data is RAPTOR Rafał Buczak, Gliwice, ul. Daszyńskiego 325. The scope of the processed data includes: company name, name and surname, company address, correspondence address, tax identification number, e-mail address and contact telephone number. Providing data is not a statutory requirement and is voluntary. Providing data is necessary to the extent necessary for the implementation of the participation agreement, organization and settlement of the RAPTOR and INTERSTONE Exchanges, and failure to provide them may result in refusal to conclude an agreement with you. Your data will be stored and processed to the extent and time necessary to perform the contract.

    In the event of disputes or matters not covered by the regulations, the Exchange Organizer is the deciding party.
